Set up rapid insulin — by time of day (mixed and long-acting)
Set fixed rapid-insulin doses for morning, noon and evening.
The steps
- 1From the home screen, tap Injection treatment.
- 2Turn on the Rapid insulin, by period switch, then tap the card to open the settings.
- 3Enter the name of your insulin in the field provided.
- 4Enter your prescribed fixed doses for morning, noon and evening.
- 5Tap the large blue Save button at the bottom. The same flow applies for mixed or long-acting insulin.
Set up rapid insulin — by blood sugar
Set doses that automatically adjust to your blood-sugar level.
The steps
- 1From home, tap Injection treatment.
- 2Turn on the Rapid insulin, by blood sugar switch, then tap the card to open the settings.
- 3Enter the name of your insulin (for example: Fiasp).
- 4Tap the green + button on the right to add your blood-sugar ranges. Entry is streamlined: if a range ends at 2.0, the next one starts at 2.1 automatically.
- 5For each level, enter the units prescribed for morning, noon and evening.
- 6A red triangle indicates a row that is not yet filled in. The red − button removes a wrong row.
- 7Once all your ranges are filled, tap Save.
Bolus configuration
Set up your bolus schedule, standard or personal.
The steps
- 1From home, tap Injection treatment.
- 2At the bottom of the list, turn on the Bolus switch and open the card.
- 3Enter the insulin name, or tick Same name as the rapid insulin to save time.
- 4Choose your schedule: one of your doctor's standard schedules (S1 to S5), or Personal bolus schedule to enter your own values per blood-sugar range.
- 5Tap Save to confirm your configuration.
Set up your GLP-1 treatment
Set up a weekly GLP-1 injection (Ozempic, Mounjaro, etc.) with a reminder.
The steps
- 1From home, tap Injection treatment.
- 2Scroll down and turn on the GLP-1 switch, then open the card.
- 3Enter the name of your treatment.
- 4Pick the day of the week for your injection, then enter the dose in milligrams.
- 5Tick Weekly reminder on the planned day to receive a notification.
- 6Tap Save.
Add a medication
Add an oral treatment to your daily tracking.
The steps
- 1From home, tap Medication treatment.
- 2Tap the blue + button at the bottom right to add a new medication.
- 3Enter the name of your medication (for example: Metformin).
- 4Set the dose definition (10 mg, 1 tablet, 1 sachet…).
- 5Enter the number of doses to take at night, in the morning, at noon and in the evening.
- 6Tip: to delete this medication later, a small red trash icon will appear at the top right the next time you open this page.
- 7Tap Save.
Configure your glycemic targets
Customise your target ranges to match your doctor's recommendations.
The steps
- 1From home, tap Settings.
- 2Pick the very first option: Glycemic targets.
- 3For each period — night, fasting, and before / after each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) — change the min and max values.
- 4Tap Save to update your targets.
Log a blood-sugar reading
Save a new blood-sugar reading in just a few seconds.
The steps
- 1From home, tap the blue button with the drop at the bottom left.
- 2Scroll the wheels to set the date, time, value and period.
- 3If a dose is already configured for this period and value, the Save and inject button appears so you can save time.
- 4To save the reading only, tap the small blue floppy-disk button at the bottom left.
- 5You land on the Results page with the Drop filter already on, showing your new entry.
Log an injection
Save an injection with the values already pre-filled.
The steps
- 1From home, tap the central blue button with the syringe icon.
- 2The app pre-fills the insulin type, the period and the dose computed from your latest blood-sugar reading.
- 3Check the values and adjust them by scrolling if needed.
- 4Tap the large blue Save button.
- 5You are taken to the history with the Syringe filter on: your injection has been added.
Generate and share a report
Build, preview and share a PDF report for your doctor.
The steps
- 1From home, tap Reports.
- 2Pick the period: a shortcut at the top (last month, etc.) or specific dates with Selected days.
- 3Tick the items to include: glycemic report, charts, injections, medications.
- 4Tap Preview at the bottom right to see the tables and charts.
- 5Tap Send to open your phone's share menu: email, message or print.
